Sales
The sales team is who newsrooms talk to first. Together they run the demos, the onboarding and the long conversations about how a desk actually works.

Development and design
The product team builds the pipeline, from wires into drafts to one story in every channel it has to reach, and makes it feel calm on deadline. Every screen is tried by someone in a newsroom before it ships.
